How dalamall.kz processes and protects visitors' personal data.

This Policy sets out how the personal data of users of the dalamall.kz website (the Site) is processed and protected. The Site is operated by RETAIL SPACE GLOBAL LLP, BIN 140740010971 (the Operator).

  1. 1. Data we process

    The Operator processes the data that users voluntarily enter in the forms on the Site. Leasing request: company or brand name, format, desired area, the number of the unit (lot) of interest, name, phone. Contact form: name, phone, message text. We also process technical data sent by the browser: IP address, device and browser details, a cookie storing the selected Site language and, if web analytics tools are connected, anonymised page-visit statistics.

  2. 2. Purposes

    The data is used to get back to the user about their request: to select a unit, send lease terms, floor plans and the presentation, answer a question sent through the contact form, and to improve the Site.

  3. 3. Legal basis

    Processing is based on the user's consent, given by submitting a form, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection” No. 94-V of 21 May 2013.

  4. 4. Sharing with third parties

    The Operator does not sell personal data and does not share it with third parties, except where necessary to handle a request (for example, with the owner of the Dala Mall premises), to run the Site and deliver form submissions (hosting and e-mail delivery providers, to the extent required for their operation), or at the request of authorised state bodies.

  5. 5. Storage and security

    The Site does not keep form data in a database of its own: each request is sent to the Operator's e-mail over a secure connection. Data is kept no longer than the purposes of processing require and is protected from unauthorised access by organisational and technical measures.

  6. 6. Your rights

    Users may request that their data be corrected, blocked or deleted, and may withdraw consent to processing, by contacting the Operator.
